I've been a customer of Dave's for 4 years, and have referred others to him. He is honest, reliable, compassionate, and kind. His crew has never given me anything I didn't need in terms of costs and has always given 100% when it comes to the quality of the work they do. I live over the hill in another town, but I drive to Gilroy for car service just because I trust everything they do and say. Unparalleled quality of service and treatment of their customers. Oh, and Sarah, the office manager? She's great too - unflappable and funny.

When David test drove my car for a thumpimng noise, he noted that the car did not ride like it should. But after he finished repairing the suspension all around, the car rides 100% better. It is now fun to drive again!

I'm very new to the area and his mailing advertistment made me what to call. What isn't excellent about PA. It's my first visit and it was nice experience. Customer service was the best - everyone friendly from the minute you walk in to when you leave. The owner dicussing what the problems are after the evaulation and present the best course of repair without breaking the bank. The super clean shop - WOW! Very happy with the repair work. I do wish you did car washes. But, I understand.....I'll be back. Thanks.
