I have been bringing my vehicles to Preferred Automotive for nearly 20 years. I recently moved to SJ and tried 2 other mechanics and was very dissatisfied. They gave me the impression they did not know how to change a battery. Both diagnosed an ignition switch problem as a dead battery, alternator or starter problem.
