My oil change was completed promptly (as scheduled), and I was back on the road - was able to make it to my 10 o'clock appointment in Cupertino. :-)

I have known Dave for a few years now. The one thing I can say about Dave personally is how his personal integrity is demonstrated in his business. It is rare these days not to feel like you have been taken advantage of, receive shoddy service and not trusting the shop you brought you car into. Not So at preferred Auto. Dave and his crew are the best, they give it too you straight, honest and fair pricing. Being a family owned business Preferred Auto has grown from a small shop to what you see now. Craftsmanship is not lost. That friends are family feel is still there as well as the trust that the job will be done right the first time. Thank you Preferred Auto for the great work you do. It is greatly appreciated.

My husband started using Preferred Automotive, which is why I went there as well. However, I continue to go there because they're professional & honest. I've had a good amount of work done on my Mountaineer and I know when David or Sarah tell me something needs to be done, then it really needs to be done. I've NEVER felt that they're looking to make a $. Everyone that works there is friendly. The office area is clean and I feel comfortable waiting while they do an oil change. The work area is also clean, which makes me feel that the employees care. I completely trust their work and recommend them to everyone.

We had a problem with our car's computer that caused it to fail the smog test. Humphrey correctly diagnosed and fixed the problem; while two other shops had failed to diagnose & fix > We subsequently passed the smog test, and were able to renew the registration on our car! HUGE Thanks to the Preferred Team for keeping our car going!!
