Preferred is the BEST!! They get me in and out quickly, I appreciate Dave's honesty and explanation of what work needs to be done. The girls in the office are always so friendly and kind, they make you forget you are there with car problems. I will not take my car anywhere else.

My latest visit to Preferred was without an appointment, due to something that had come loose under my car. The needed repair was immediately determined and fixed. The car was fixed and I was on my way in less than 1/2 hour. A big thanks to the mechanics and office staff. You are always so efficient and helpful-and smiling so early in the morning.

My Subaru Forester was running rough and I thought it was on it's last miles. It has very high miles and I thought the time had come to think about getting a new car. I took my car into Preffered Automotive and can't say enough about the excellent service. The receptionist was knowledgeable, friendly and reassuring. They gave my car a major tune up and replaced some of the worn out parts. It runs much better now and I don't plan on replacing it for many, many miles to come. I usually hate having to deal with mechanics due to my lack of knowledge, but they took the time to explain everything to me and describe in detail what they would be doing to my car. I'm hooked. Preffered Automotive will be my go-to mechanic from now on. They took great care of me and my car. Thanks Preffered Automotive.

Update on mom's new (old) Toyota: after Preferred Automotine identified 7 mechanical problems that should have been corrected before the car was offered for sale, we took it back to Capitol Volkswagon for repairs, along with the findings on the printout from Preferred. They did, in fact, actually correct, or attempt to correct all of the problems. Not having much faith, after our first bad experience, I returned it to Preferred to give it a second look. The one remaining problem, tires were not balanced correctly. Rather than return to Capitol Volkswagon, I just had Preferred balance the tires, and they also suggested that the new rear tires be swapped to the front. I would rather pay Preferred to do the tires, rather than return to Capitol for free repair. At least I know it was done right. All's well that ends well!
