You would have received 5 stars, however, I did not receive a hug from the owner. As for Sarah, she's outstanding!!!!

I'll be sure to have a talk with the owner about your experience - or lack thereof. Ommiting hugs for our VIP customers will not be tolerated. Thank you for your feedback.
