Very happy with the work done on my vehicles

I love my car which is quickly approaching 100k miles, and I need to trust that everything is complete when I drive away. I trust and have been happy with Preferred Auto.

We had a problem with hard shifting of our MBZ automatic transmission which we had put up with for years. Preferred knew immediately how to fix it, and the car is fun to drive again.
