Had my truck serviced 8/22/14. David told me that I would see a reduction in the cost for the service this time. There computer overcharged me a few dollars on my last service. This is why I always go to Preffered Auto, they are very honest and guarantee there work. He didn't have to tell about the previos overcharge.

The folks at Preferred Automotive are the best!! In May of this year, they took care of a lot of service items on our old Volvo; they keep it running as peppy as a spring chicken. There was also a very tricky problem with our ABS system, which they spent an extra day working on, at no extra charge. We recommend them HIGHLY!! Not only the best in Gilroy, but certainly the best in the South Bay.
