My 2001 Audi TT Quattro had multiple front end problems. This was our first visit to Preferred Automotive. The welcoming front office and the "eat-off-the-floor" cleanliness of this shop gave me a "taste" of what was to come. The crew did quite a bit of work on the car while keeping an open line of communication with us; explaining what issues they had found and receiving approval for the work that had to be done. The prices they quoted over the phone where the prices we were charged - no surprises. The cost was as to be expected for a European vehicle, but still a bit more reasonable than dealerships or specialty Audi shops. After the work was completed, my Audi handles (and sounds) like its brand new and I'm very, very happy. We are pleased to have found a quality shop with a professional and capable staff at fair prices near our home. The people at Preferred Automotive are top notch and know how to treat their customers well. Thanks go to David and crew for a job well done.

Had my truck serviced 8/22/14. David told me that I would see a reduction in the cost for the service this time. There computer overcharged me a few dollars on my last service. This is why I always go to Preffered Auto, they are very honest and guarantee there work. He didn't have to tell about the previos overcharge.

Preferred always does a great job on my BMW and Lexus when I bring it in for service. They do quality work at a fair price, and they are honest. What more can you ask for?
