Sara and Dave were very friendly and helpful. Electrical problems can be notoriously difficult to track down and it did take 2 days figure it out. Amazingly, it was a plug that had worked itself loose, causing a short. Reconnecting everything fixed the problem. Dave and Sara were very good about follow-thru and kept me informed of their progress. We arranged for me to pick-up the vehicle on a weekend for my convenience. Only complaint was that when I arrived home, I noticed that my fuse-box cover was still open and electrical tape was stuck on my floor mat. Whoever worked on my vehicle was sloppy and did not put things back together.....at least everything worked.
