First time taking a car to be serviced here. Happy to see lots of good reviews. Over all, extremely happy with our experience. Sarah was very friendly, they offered shuttle service to and from house (I didn't need, but great option to have). David called back and explained everything we needed, also gave honest opinion on what should be prioritized as far as getting done now vs. later. Was told car would be ready in a couple days and it was ready a day early! Will definitely return here for future services

I needed a local shop to do an alignment on my Mercedes. Preferred Automotive was the first to come up in my Google search. They had an online coupon for an alignment too! Although I did not make my decision solely based on the coupon. After looking at their reviews, I felt comfortable taking my car there. I made an online appointment (very easy) and was pleasantly surprised to get a confirmation back. Sarah was as pleasant as all of the reviews state and the shop was "Penske" clean. I got a shuttle ride back to my house and a call a few hours later when the work was completed. Oh I almost forgot, Sarah had fresh baked cookies there when I picked my car up. All in all a very pleasant experience. Thanks!

Dave and Sara take care of us with prompt service and quality work. They provide free shuttle service, making it easy for one person to drop off and pick up. Highly recommended...
