First time client. Took my car in for service and I was able to wait for it. Quick service and great customer service. They also let me know what they saw that needed attention and an estimate without pressure. I'm liking this place and I'm very particular about how my vehicles are worked on.

I had a minor emergency of a burned out headlight. I stopped by without an appointment and they fixed my light right away. I couldn't have been happier to get it fixed before the coming storms.

I have been going to Preferred Automotive for some time now. When I can't go there for whatever reason(not close, or an Emergancy) and I have to go somewhere else it always is more expensive and not completed properly. So I wait till I can take it only to Preferred Automotive. I feel so confident on the work they do on my car. They are all awesome:) Thank You Preferred Automotive for everything.

Needing routine maintenance my 2008 Range Rover Sport had other issues. With 175,000 perfect miles on it, we ran into a snag. The owner Dave worked hard to resolve the issue. Not knowing what the reason was for my car refusing to reset, he went the extra mile to help get me back on the road. I can't say enough about the excellent care and dedication to perfection I received from everyone at Preferred Automotive. We resolved everything and I am happy. My car runs like a top.
