Everyone was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I felt very confident in their experience with BMWs and the feedback they provided me about my car. I was impressed with the level of detail regarding the inspection they performed. I'd bring my car back for sure!The day after they worked on my car, it didn't pass smog, and they were very kind and understanding to explain why it didn't pass and what to do about it (very minor - had to drive car around for a few days to build the computer memory back up).The garage and office is extremely clean and organized - not so usual for an autoshop!Thanks!
