I appreciate the service Preferred Automotive supplies -On my recent visit they reviewed an issue I highlighted as a concern with how smooth my car was when idling. They looked at the car and called me with some options that might improve the feel. We agreed on an approach and then they learned while doing it this did not have any effect on the car. Instead of sticking me with a bill to trouble shoot the car they did not charge me -- This is why they get all my work - I can trust they will do what is right and fair. Good Old Fashioned "Value" -- Not enough places like this in the world today -- Glad I found these guys
