The women at the front desk were courteous, professional, punctual, and accommodating. And they were very honest letting me know about a problem I didn't know I had on my tires. Honesty and Mechanic doesn't tend to go hand in hand. Preferred automotive certainly breaks that stigma.

They squeezed me in on my day off to inspect my car and did a very thorough job.

Stranded 2,400 miles from home can be frustrating. Finding a reliable diesel repair shop in California was a crap shoot. Stopping in Gilroy, the garlic capital of the world, answered our prayers Sarah was very responsive to all our concerns and questions. We dropped off the vehicle on Wednesday and had an estimate in hours. Torn O-rings on 2 injectors needed replaced. Tearing off the top end and and returning to us by Friday was a tall order. David assured us they could deliver. Friday at 3pm we were on the road again. Kudos and accolades to Sarah, David and Wayne!! I would drive across state to hire Preferred again! Thank you Mark

Excellent repair to our vehicle and even better service. Received a complete vehicle inspection report. The most comprehensive service we have ever received. Plus, everyone was professional, considerate, and communicated in a timely manner. The business was highly organized and all employees proficient with their knowledge and service. This is definitely our new mechanic.
