I continue to depend on David's crew for honest & dependable service for my Camry (270K miles on it due to diligent maintenance). They will not recommend any service or repair that is not needed.

I can't explain how happy I am that I found Preferred Automotive. My BMW broke down so after reading the reviews I towed it there. I had some work that I had been putting off so I had them fox it all. Belt and pulley assembly, window regulator, ABS sensor, temp sensor. They called me along the way keeping me informed. When the car was ready they called right away. They also had the car cleaned for me. The biggest thing to me was that I never once had to call them for an update like all the other shops or dealerships I have dealt with. They left me a voicemail a week after wanting to see how the car was running and I just received a hand written letter thanking me. Just good old customer service.

We were traveling and our truck started having brake problems. Not being from around the area we didn't have a mechanic. AAA recommended Preferred Automotive. After being towed there we found out that AAA failed to mention that they closed in an hour and were not open the following day on weekends. The ladies in the office were extremely friendly and made my kids feel at ease even baking cookies for them. Sarah let us know that they would probably not be able to do any work until Monday since they were closing for the weekend however they still put the truck up on the racks and briefly diagnosed the problem for us for no charge. Sarah also recommended hotels and restaurants for our family while we wait for the other auto shop to fix our car. Although we didn't have work done and I can't rate the auto work, the office staff and mechanics are all extremely friendly and helpful and seem like very honest people. In addition, the auto shop is very clean and well maintained. Thanks Sarah and staff for making our bad day a little better!

I have brought my car here for years! Sarah (at the front desk) is always polite and eager to greet me every time I come in. David (the owner) is equally as friendly! The customer service here is awesome. They are always able to accommodate me last minute and my car runs great! They always remind me of upcoming services I might need the next time I come in so I'm always prepared and I know what to expect when getting my car serviced. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else!

I needed an oil change and took it to this shop after having found their Yelp reviews online. I usually do my minor services myself but I've been extra busy this season with work so I needed a hand. Their service was great, their work was fast and accurate. I was out of there in 30minutes. Their shop looks clean and up to date which is nice. The mechanic's music taste is superb. I enjoyed listening to the music while I waited. Their prices are standard. I didn't think they were cheap but also not as expensive as other oil/lube-type shops. I would recommend this shop for an oil change.

I've come here a few times now for 3 different vehicles from completely different manufacturers. Every time the service is outstanding and the work is impeccable. I highly recommend Preferred Automotive. Be sure to check their website for coupons or ask for the the AAA discount. They always honor them.

Preferred Automotive was great, fixed my truck right. David kept in touch with me every day while my truck was in his shop, also gave me a ride home after dropping my truck off and picked me up when my truck was finished. Thanks Preferred Automotive

All work done as promised and on time. Front office appears to be very busy as it took over 24 hours just to get a quote on a tune up -- additionally had to call three times to get quote instead of having front desk call me.

Got in there and out in no time. They realize my time is important. Thank you all for the hard work you put in into customer relationship. Preferred is for me and only trust them with my cars. two mercedes a corvette and a truck.
