Preferred Automotive office employees are courtesous and friendly but communication with customer to keep them informed of status of service is lacking.

I am really pleased with the completed work. Dave explained to me why my car stopped working and what needed to be done to get it working again. Having 258,000 miles on my car something was bound to break and I am really glad Preferred Automotive was there to take care of me.

We were guessing spark plug issue that caused my 2010 Honda Accord V6 engine excessive vibration before went to the shop. Since we were on a urgent trip back to Los Angeles, we did not have flexibility to choose what shop was reasonable in charging. The charge came out to be $500 dollars for replacing 6 spark pugs, which could be done in an hour. Very surprised and jaw dropping. I should not ignored the tow truck driver who warned me that this Preferred Automotive is vey expensive. Unfortunately I did not take his words....

Customer Service at front reception could be little more to make me feel like they wanted my business. I had my truck serviced but doubt if I will be back in future.. probably go back to Ford dealer service

I love the facility and very friendly service. I only give 3 starts because it is very pricey.
