We were guessing spark plug issue that caused my 2010 Honda Accord V6 engine excessive vibration before went to the shop. Since we were on a urgent trip back to Los Angeles, we did not have flexibility to choose what shop was reasonable in charging. The charge came out to be $500 dollars for replacing 6 spark pugs, which could be done in an hour. Very surprised and jaw dropping. I should not ignored the tow truck driver who warned me that this Preferred Automotive is vey expensive. Unfortunately I did not take his words....

Customer Service at front reception could be little more to make me feel like they wanted my business. I had my truck serviced but doubt if I will be back in future.. probably go back to Ford dealer service

I love the facility and very friendly service. I only give 3 starts because it is very pricey.

Excellent service and trustworthy. Had some work done recently and it's all good. I purposely waited till now so as not to be premature about my assessment of services done. On 1.22.2018 looking for an AAA approved auto service I found PREFERRED AUTOMOTIVE. Great service, great people, and a job well done. I really appreciate your professionalism. Always a pleasure to have 1992 Taurus worked on and routinely serviced. Never ever a problem with personalities, and when a shop is as clean and clutter free as Dave's you have faith in their work. Sarah is the topping on the cake.

Over the years, I always did my own auto repairs. Everything from tune-ups to complete engine rebuilds. As I got older, the do-it-yourself thing became less practical. I found myself on a quest... a quest to find a repair shop I can trust, one that consistently does work that is as good or better than if I had done it myself. I'm so happy that I found Preferred Automotive! Each time I bring in a vehicle, they exceed my expectations. Their prices are fair, their quality is stellar, their warranty is the best around, and their staff is funny and friendly. If you need a good repair shop, one you can trust, this is the place.

Last service was not complete. I wanted Brake light diagnosed and dash light problem diagnosed and priced. I felt brushed off. I normally have 3 cars serviced here, I expect better service attention.
