As always Dave took good care of me.

My 2012 Escalade just experienced a major lifter/cam failure. Apparently, a known GM issue. Dave certainly sensed my total shock. He completely explained the issue and the needed repair in a very calming tone. The complete repair was done in a timely manner, and the vehicle even delivered to my home. Dave and crew are the ultimate professionals.

A great local business that deserves everyone's support. Even when there is no COVID-19 situation, the management and employees are enthusiastic and efficient.

This is not my first visit to Preferred Automotive. When I first move to Gilroy my neighbor saw my cars (I love European Cars) and I asked him if he could recommend a good shop. He did not hesitate when he said Preferred. Although they work on all types of cars, it is hard to find a shop that really knows German Cars. I have received nothing but great service at a fair price from preferred, and will use preferred for all of my car service needs.
