Once again, the experienced hands at Preferred Automotive have restored my car to smooth, clean operating condition. My car had no problem passing the smog test after this "routine service" from Preferred. Enabled me to renew the license tags, and am now ready to take a road trip in my Mercedes. :-)

My 2012 Escalade just experienced a major lifter/cam failure. Apparently, a known GM issue. Dave certainly sensed my total shock. He completely explained the issue and the needed repair in a very calming tone. The complete repair was done in a timely manner, and the vehicle even delivered to my home.
