Great job done fast

I came here because based on Google search, this was the closest to where I live. And I was just truly thankful I was directed here. When I called to make an appointment, the person who picked up the phone, David, was very accommodating. Appointment was not necessary so I immediately took my car to their shop which is so neat and welcoming. I came to have my brake light bulb replaced and ended up having my oil gasket replaced too because it was leaking. Came time to pick it up, David told me my car was ready and that in fact they also replaced my wipers as they were not functioning well. This was done for free. I was just so impressed with their customer service and prompt service. I highly recommend this shop to anyone who needs just about any tender loving care of your vehicle

I had a 9am appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. I arrived around 8:30am. They took my truck in right away and was done in what seemed like no time at all. I love this spot and will continue to take my truck here as well as recommend to my friends and family! Friendly staff and QUICK service!

The only place I bring my vehicles. This is a very trustworthy shop. I have been using preferred automotive for 3 years and they have earned my business. The first thing you notice when you walk in is how clean the shop is. Then you realize how friendly they are. Then you find out how skilled they are. This is a great shop if your in need of repairs.

Excellent service, fair & honest. Had a number of maintenance items done on my 2014 Audi A6. David only recommended what really needed to be done. Called one afternoon and they took my car in the next day. The work was done correctly and promptly. I'll be back.
