Fantastic technician did a perfect job.

Preferred Automotive replaced the starter motor and did a complete overhaul / replacement of the AC compressor, condenser, engine mounts and drive belt in my aging Honda. I was happy to receive an overlapping labor discount and Preferred kindly diagnosed and rectified a simple check engine light issue at no extra cost. Preferred brought new life to my aging Honda at very fair price and did it quickly. I’m very satisfied with my overall experience at Preferred.

I have yet to appraise the performance of Preferred Automotive. Simply because I am a brand new client yet to review their capability. However, I am due to collect my car tomorrow after the facility has done the necessary repairs to it. I will, then, be able to assess their workmanship. From what I have experienced so far I am most impressed with the courtesy and straight forwardness of David Rose, the owner. The facility is, to say the least, spotlessly maintained and a pleasure to have to spend time in waiting for one's vehicle while it is being looked into. I have no doubt that the end result will be excellent and complete in every way. I was highly recommended to this business and now I can fully conclude exactly why.
