I was very happy with my service there the first time so when a 2nd issue came up. I went back to Preferred Auto Repair. They went above and beyond the service I was expecting. I will continue to take my Lexus to Preferred Auto Repair shop when repairs are needed. They are professional and their shop is very clean, organized and kept up like a lexus shop. I will refer my family and friends to do the same.
